REVEALED: How Bercow has BROKEN THE RULES on precedent to favour Remainers on Brexit vote



JOHN BERCOW has claimed “precedent” means there cannot be a third meaningful vote on the Brexit withdrawal agreement without significant changes being made - however, just weeks ago he broke convention to help Remainers.

    He broke it last week over PixieBrian and Benns duplicate . Lack of substantial change didn`t bother him then .
